Marmalade Martini with Pink Gin Marmalade

Originally launched at Fortnum & Mason, our Hand-Cut Pink Gin Marmalade, boasting pink grapefruit, Brecon Botanicals Gin and a splash of Angostura Bitters, has been flying off the shelves ever since.  It has received many accolades, including being chosen as overall winner of the Sweet Preserve Category at the Great British Food Awards 2018. 

Angela Clutton, the acclaimed Food Writer, declared Radnor Preserves' Marmalade "right up James Bond's breakfast street"* so we thought we'd create a cocktail in Bond's honour: here is our very own Marmalade Martini - not shaken, but stirred.

Swirl a cap of vermouth over ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.  Add a generous teaspoon of Radnor Preserves' Hand-Cut Pink Gin Marmalade, plus a double measure of excellent gin and stir.  Strain into chilled martini glass, decorate with a shred of marmalade peel and enjoy!
