The set is perfect; soft, light but holding the well cut peel in perfect suspension. The texture of the peel is very well judged, it has bite but is tender. Both gel and peel are very flavourful, clearly made from Seville Oranges. In fact clarity of flavour is the real bonus ... it is a classic Seville Marmalade"
